Overview
Embark on a once-in-a-lifetime journey to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest peak at 5,895 meters. You’ll land in Kilimanjaro International Airport, acclimate in Moshi, and then begin the Marangu Route - one of the most scenic and gradual paths to the summit. Over 9 unforgettable days, we'll hike as a group through five ecosystems, sleep in mountain huts, and be fully supported by our experienced local guides and sherpas. This is more than just a trek - it’s a transformative experience led by Renaud and Xavier, filled with challenge, connection, music, and unforgettable sunrises shared with a new crew of adventure friends.

Itinerary:
Day 1 – Arrival in Kilimanjaro
Land at Kilimanjaro International Airport. Transfer to your hotel in Moshi for a welcome briefing and gear check.

Day 2 – Begin the Trek
Drive to the Marangu Gate and start the hike through lush rainforest to Mandara Hut (2,743m).
​
Day 3 – Trek to Horombo Hut
Continue ascending into the moorlands as you make your way to Horombo Hut (3,720m).
​
Day 4 – Hike to Kibo and ReturnClimb to Kibo Hut (~4,750m) for further acclimatization, then return to Horombo for the night.
​
Day 5 – Acclimatization Day
Take a day to acclimate with a scenic hike to Zebra Rocks. Return to Horombo Hut for a second night.​
​
Day 6 – Final Push to Kibo
Ascend again to Kibo Hut (4,720m), rest early, and prepare for the midnight summit push attempt.
​
Day 7 – Summit Day
Begin the summit push around midnight. Reach Uhuru Peak (5,895m) by sunrise, then descend back to Horombo Hut.
Day 8 – Final Descent
Hike down to Marangu Gate and return to Moshi for a well-earned rest at the hotel.

Day 9 – Departure
Transfer to Kilimanjaro Airport for your return flight home or additional days in Tanzania for Waterfalls, Safaris and Hot Springs.
