Overview
Experience the ultimate Himalayan journey: a trek to Everest Base Camp (5,364 m), one of the most legendary trails on Earth. Over 12 days, you’ll travel through the heart of the Khumbu Valley, pass through Sherpa villages, visit monasteries, and follow the historic route taken by climbers heading for the world’s highest peak. This expedition also offers a unique opportunity to share an important moment with Xavier Ladouceur, who will be completing this trek leading to his departure for his Everest expedition. It’s a meaningful chance to walk alongside him during a significant milestone in his journey toward the top of the world, and an unforgettable way to experience the Himalayas with a team united by passion and purpose.

Itinerary:
Day 1 – Arrival in Kathmandu
Land in Nepal’s capital. Airport pickup and transfer to your hotel. Meet the group and local guides for a welcome briefing.

Day 2 – Preparation Day
Enjoy a relaxed day in Kathmandu: final gear check, last-minute shopping and a welcome dinner with the team.
​
Day 3 – Flight to Lukla, Trek to Phakding (2,610m)
Take a scenic flight to Lukla (2,846m), then begin the trek through the Dudh Kosi Valley to the village of Phakding.
​
Day 4 – Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440m)
Cross suspension bridges and ascend through pine forest to Namche, the vibrant heart of the Khumbu region.
​
Day 5 – Acclimatization Day in Namche
Take a short hike to Everest View Hotel (3,800m) for tea and stunning panoramas.
​
Day 6 – Trek to Debuche (3,700m)
Trek via Tengboche Monastery - one of the most iconic spiritual landmarks in the region -then descend to the quiet village of Debuche.
​
Day 7 – Trek to Dingboche (4,410m)
Follow the Imja River through alpine meadows and yak pastures as you gain elevation and head toward Dingboche.

Day 8 – Rest Day in Dingboche
An important acclimatization day. Enjoy a light hike and take in the breathtaking views of Ama Dablam.

Day 9 – Trek to Lobuche (4,940m)
Pass the Everest Memorial and climb gently into the high alpine zone as you approach Lobuche.
​
Day 10 – Trek to Everest Base Camp (5,364m)
Trek through glacial moraine to Gorakshep, then continue on to Everest Base Camp and spend the night there
​
Day 11 – Sunrise at Kala Patthar, Trek to Pheriche (4,240m)
Wake up early to summit Kala Patthar for unmatched sunrise views of Everest. Then begin your descent to Pheriche.
​
Day 12 – Trek to Namche Bazaar
Retrace your steps through the valley, enjoying the easier descent and warm mountain hospitality.
​
Day 13 – Trek to Lukla
Final trekking day. Return to Lukla, where your journey began, and celebrate your achievement with the team.
​
Day 14 – Flight to Kathmandu
Return journey to Kathmandu.
Day 15 – Departure
Departure day from the airport for international flights
